How do I place my order?
What are the pickup and delivery fee minimums?
There is no minimum for pickup. Delivery requires a $50 minimum order (excluding taxes and delivery fees).
What is the fee for delivery?
$15 for orders up to $500. $25 for orders over $500. Pickup is always free.
How much notice is needed to fulfill an order?
We require a 3-hour advance notice for your delivery or pickup order.
What are acceptable forms of payment?
All orders are prepaid and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What is a pre-authorization?
When you submit an order, an authorization is placed on your card. This allows us to secure payment on the day your order is fulfilled. Please note that you may see a 'pending' transaction on your account after placing your order with us. The night after your order has been fulfilled, we will submit the transaction for actual processing of your card and you will see the 'pending' transaction change to a 'posted' transaction on your account.
Where can I request a copy of my receipt?
Simply login to your account and click on “My Account.” You can print PDF receipt copies of current and past orders at any time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change and we are happy to assist you in making changes to your catering order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our cancellation policy states that we accept cancellations up to:
- 3 hours before your delivery/pick up time for orders under $1,000
- 24 hours before your delivery/pick up time for orders over $1,000
The Protein Bar reserves the right to charge your credit card or house account 100% of the order amount if you cancel after the cancellation time frame.
How do I pay for my order if I am picking it up at the restaurant?
Your order is pre-paid when you order online or through one of our Catering Specialists. Your order will be ready to go at the designated pick-up time, please just inform one of our team members you have arrived.
Is it possible to add gratuity to my order?
Yes, there is an optional gratuity line on the invoice our delivery driver will present to you. You may also add a gratuity when checking out online or through a direct order with a catering specialist.
Do you offer house accounts?
Yes we do! Please contact our catering department at email@example.com to request an application, which will generally take 1-2 business days to process.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies?
Absolutely. We are here to work with you and will be happy to help customize your order to ensure all of your guests are well accommodated. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have.
If my company is tax exempt, how can I have that applied to my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com with a copy of your tax exempt certificate and we will be happy to adjust your account accordingly.
Do napkins, plates and utensils come with my order?
Yes, all orders include complimentary utensils, napkins and plates. You are able to opt-out as well by selecting the Go Green? option when placing your order.
